How to use botanical oils on the skin?

All it takes is a few drops, which should be massaged into a damp skin in gentle, circular motions. Oils are ideal for use at night, so that all the nutrients and regeneration can be absorbed while we sleep. Oils are also great for adding to creams and masks. Just add a few drops of oil to your favourite cream or mask to enrich their nourishing and moisturizing properties. You can also add the oil to homemade scrubs for additional moisturizing and regenerating benefits. Another good idea is to use botanical oils for body massage. Applying a nourishing oil in conjunction with a massage will not only improve blood circulation but will help the skin absorb nutrients.
