Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving any reason within 14 days of the receipt of the order. To withdraw from the contract, please send a statement of withdrawal to our e-mail address: return@botanyo.com or by regular mail to the address of the company’s headquarters: Botanyo Sp. z o.o., 29 Dluga Street, 00-238 Warsaw, Poland. 

The product should be returned intact, in original packaging, together with the proof of purchase, to the address of the company. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods by the store.

Declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract concluded at a distance or off-premises

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Polish Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, I withdraw from the agreement concluded at a distance/off-premises without giving any reason. I will return the goods in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
