1. What are your shipping options and thier associated costs?
 
For now, we deliver only in the territory of Poland. You can chose from two of the available shipping options: InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomaty) which costs 14 PLN or InPost Courier which costs 18 PLN.
 
2. How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
 
We prepare and pack your order the same day it’s placed. In most cases, it’s collected by the InPost courier the next day at the latest. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method:
 
  • InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomat): usually 1–2 business days, sometimes even faster.

  • InPost Courier: typically 2–4 business days.

3. Can I track my package? How can I obtain the tracking information?

Once you place and pay for your order, you’ll receive email updates directly from InPost with tracking information and the current status of your parcel.

4. Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, we will ship your order in one parcel.

5. What is your return policy for items received via shipping?
